Communication Skills

Effective communication is a critical skill for success in the workplace, and this course is designed to help you develop the skills and techniques necessary to communicate effectively in a variety of business contexts.

Throughout the course, you will learn about the different types of communication and how to use each effectively in the workplace. You will also learn how your communication skills can help you build stronger relationships with your colleagues and clients.

Communication is so essential to our success, but many of us are unwittingly giving the world a message that we'd rather not. By completing this short course, you can gain insight into what you could improve on, and build a plan that's tailored to you. This eLearning course takes 1-2 hours to complete. The course costs £25 per learner. Prices may vary depending on your unique requirements.
