First Response Training Food Safety courses are available to chefs, kitchen assistants, and other related hospitality roles. We also offer training for those working with food in Health and Social Care, with a focus on nutrition and hydration. We have over 100 trainers located throughout the UK, meaning we can carry out in-person training across England, Scotland and Wales. All of our trainers are carefully selected and regularly assessed to ensure you receive high quality training from a qualified instructor.
Delivery Methods
The majority of our Food Safety courses are available as tradition in-person courses taught by a trainer at your chosen location. If necessary, these courses may be completed online via webinar. Our webinars are led by one of our trainers remotely and eradicate the need for travel. We also offer Food Safety eLearning and distance learning workbooks. These can be completed in the learner's own time, without a trainer.
