First aiders may be required to support an individual's mental health as well as their physical health. All learners on one of the above public courses can access Mental Health for First Aiders training for free. This is a 30-minute online course to complete after the classroom training.
The Mental Health for First Aiders training is optional and does not impact your first aid certificate.
