First Response Training is one of the largest training providers in the UK, with over 25 years of experience. Due to the continued development of technology, and our learners' increased reliance on it, we have created a vast portfolio of eLearning courses in recent years. We provide Microsoft Office training to help our learners understand the software used in everyday life: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. These courses are accessible to beginners, with some more advanced training available too.
Our eLearning courses can be completed in the learner's own time, anywhere with a computer and internet connection. The content has been developed by our in-house curriculum team to cover everything a Microsoft Office user needs to know. Interactive activities are included to help the learner retain all the information and prepare them to take the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) exam. After passing the exam, learners can receive a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification. This demonstrates skills in Microsoft Office to potential employers or clients.
We are an accredited training provider with Advantage Accreditation.
