The Care Certificate
The Care Certificate defines the minimum standard of skills, knowledge and behaviours expected of care workers. Every individual new to the health and social care sector, as well as those changing jobs within it, is required to undertake a thorough induction programme that meets the Care Certificate standards and allows them to provide evidence of completed objectives.
