The course covers a range of topics, including the causes and symptoms of work-related stress, the legal requirements for managing stress in the workplace, and techniques for supporting employees who may be experiencing stress. The webinar is delivered by experienced trainers who are experts in stress management and workplace well-being.

Delegates will learn about the different types of workplace pressure and the impact it can have on employees' physical and mental health. They will also be provided with practical guidance on how to manage stress in the workplace, including strategies for promoting a positive work culture, improving communication, and supporting employees who may be experiencing stress.
