General Data Protection Regulation Level 2
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Level 2 course aims to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding and awareness of the GDPR (EU) 2016. This course is suitable for individuals who need to understand GDPR requirements in their job role or for those who are looking to develop their knowledge of GDPR in a more structured and formal manner.
The course covers a range of topics, including the key principles of GDPR, data protection officer roles and responsibilities, data subject rights, lawful processing of personal data, international data transfers, and the requirements for data breach notification.
The course is designed to be delivered over a period of three hours and includes interactive activities and quizzes to reinforce learning. Successful candidates will be issued with a certificate that is valid for three years, demonstrating their understanding and knowledge of GDPR.
