Managing Personal Stress Level 2
The Managing Personal Stress Level 2 course aims to raise awareness of the pressure in the workplace and introduce techniques that can be used to manage the risk of stress among workers. The course is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to recognize and manage stress in themselves and others, leading to a healthier and more productive workforce.
During the course, individuals will learn about the causes and effects of stress, how to identify signs of stress and techniques that can be used to manage and reduce stress. The course covers a range of topics, including the physiological and psychological effects of stress, time management strategies, relaxation techniques, and cognitive-behavioural techniques.
The training is delivered over a period of six hours, with interactive sessions, discussions, and practical exercises designed to help individuals understand and apply the techniques covered in the course. Successful candidates who complete the course will receive a certificate valid for three years, demonstrating their understanding of stress management techniques and their commitment to promoting personal well-being.
