Managing Personal Stress Level 2

The Managing Personal Stress Level 2 course is designed to raise delegates’ awareness of stress and introduce them to techniques used to manage stress. The course aims to help individuals understand the causes and effects of stress and to develop practical strategies to manage stress in their personal and professional lives.

The course covers a range of topics, including the signs and symptoms of stress, the causes of stress, and the physical, emotional, and behavioural effects of stress. Delegates will also learn about stress management techniques, such as relaxation techniques, time management strategies, and cognitive restructuring.

The course is designed to be delivered over a period of six hours, with plenty of opportunities for questions and discussions throughout. Successful candidates will be issued with a certificate that is valid for three years, demonstrating their understanding and knowledge of stress management. The certificate can be used to demonstrate a commitment to promoting personal well-being and to support compliance with legal obligations.
