Equality and Diversity Level 2
The Equality and Diversity Level 2 webinar is designed to introduce the concepts of equality and diversity to the workplace, with the aim of promoting equality and diversity and reducing discrimination and bullying. The course is suitable for anyone who works in a diverse environment, including managers, supervisors, and HR professionals.
The course covers a range of topics, including the legal framework for equality and diversity, the benefits of diversity in the workplace, the types of discrimination and how to recognize them, and strategies for promoting equality and diversity. The webinar is delivered by experienced trainers who are experts in equality and diversity.
Delegates will learn about the Equality Act 2010, which sets out the legal framework for equality and diversity in the workplace, as well as the types of discrimination, such as direct discrimination, indirect discrimination, and harassment. They will also be provided with practical guidance on how to promote equality and diversity, including strategies for creating an inclusive workplace culture and managing diversity in teams.
Upon successful completion of the webinar, delegates will be issued with a certificate that is valid for 3 years. This certificate demonstrates that the delegate has gained an understanding of the concepts of equality and diversity, as well as the legal framework and practical strategies for promoting equality and diversity in the workplace.
