Conflict Resolution and Personal Safety inc Breakaway Level 2

The Conflict Resolution and Personal Safety inc Breakaway Level 2 webinar is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to manage conflict and ensure their own personal safety in the workplace. The course covers a range of topics, including conflict resolution strategies, identifying the signs of escalating behaviour, and the use of breakaway techniques to protect oneself in potentially dangerous situations.

The webinar is suitable for individuals who work in high-risk environments, such as healthcare, social care, security, and education, as well as those who may encounter conflict in their everyday work.

The course is delivered by experienced trainers who are experts in conflict resolution and personal safety. They will provide delegates with practical strategies and techniques for managing conflict, including how to de-escalate tense situations and maintain personal safety.

The course also includes instruction on the use of breakaway techniques, which can be used to protect oneself from physical harm when confronted with a violent or aggressive individual. Delegates will be taught how to use these techniques safely and effectively.

Upon successful completion of the webinar, delegates will be issued with a certificate that is valid for 3 years. This certificate demonstrates that the delegate has gained a comprehensive understanding of conflict resolution and personal safety, and is able to apply the strategies and techniques learned in practice.
