General Data Protection Regulation Level 2

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Level 2 webinar is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding and awareness of the GDPR. The GDPR is a regulation that was introduced by the European Union in 2016, with the aim of strengthening data protection and privacy for individuals within the EU.

This webinar covers the key principles and requirements of the GDPR, including the rights of individuals, the obligations of data controllers and processors, and the role of the supervisory authorities. It also covers the key changes introduced by the GDPR, including the new requirements for obtaining consent, the new data breach notification requirements, and the new rules on data protection impact assessments.

The webinar is suitable for anyone who handles personal data, including data controllers, data processors, and individuals who are responsible for implementing GDPR compliance within their organizations. The course is delivered by experienced trainers who are experts in data protection and GDPR compliance.

Upon successful completion of the webinar, learners will be issued a certificate that is valid for 3 years. This certificate demonstrates that the learner has gained a comprehensive understanding of the GDPR and is able to apply the principles and requirements of the regulation in practice.
