The Mindfulness webinar is a one-hour training program that introduces learners to the concept of mindfulness and its benefits for relaxation and self-care. The primary aim of the webinar is to provide participants with an understanding of mindfulness and different mindfulness practices that can be used to promote mental and emotional well-being.

Upon completion of the webinar, successful candidates will be issued with a certificate of attendance. This training provides learners with a basic awareness and understanding of anxiety disorders and phobias, how they can be managed and treated, and how to offer support to someone dealing with anxiety or a phobia.
Aim: To provide basic knowledge of self-harm, its causes, how to recognise signs of self-harm and how to support individuals who self-harm.
Aim: To provide learners with an understanding of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), its causes and impacts and how to support people.
This classroom training course is delivered in person by one of our trainers. At the end of the 3-hour course, learners will have an understanding of bipolar disorder, its symptoms and characteristics and be able to support individuals living with the disorder.
Aim: To ensure healthcare support workers and adult social care workers have the knowledge and confidence to provide support for people with Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome.
Aim: To raise awareness of the importance of promoting mental health in the workplace, and empower people to offer support.
This course raises awareness of the effects of stress and introduces techniques that can be used to manage stress.
