The Mindfulness course is a one-hour training program designed to introduce learners to the concept of mindfulness and provide them with various mindfulness practices for relaxation and self-care. The course aims to help learners develop skills to manage their thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations in a non-judgmental and compassionate way, leading to better mental and emotional well-being. The course covers topics such as the benefits of mindfulness, mindfulness techniques, and how to incorporate mindfulness into daily life. The course does not require any prior knowledge or experience in mindfulness. Successful candidates will receive a certificate of attendance. The course costs £350 for up to 12 learners. Prices may vary according to your requirements.

Mental Health Courses
This training provides learners with a basic awareness and understanding of anxiety disorders and phobias, how they can be managed and treated, and how to offer support to someone dealing with anxiety or a phobia.
Aim: To provide basic knowledge of self-harm, its causes, how to recognise signs of self-harm and how to support individuals who self-harm.
Aim: To provide learners with an understanding of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), its causes and impacts and how to support people.
This classroom training course is delivered in person by one of our trainers. At the end of the 3-hour course, learners will have an understanding of bipolar disorder, its symptoms and characteristics and be able to support individuals living with the disorder.
Aim: To ensure healthcare support workers and adult social care workers have the knowledge and confidence to provide support for people with Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome.
Aim: To raise awareness of the importance of promoting mental health in the workplace, and empower people to offer support.
This course raises awareness of the effects of stress and introduces techniques that can be used to manage stress.
Knowing how to handle stress effectively and recognising it in yourself and the people around you are useful skills to have.
