Working With Allergens
The Working With Allergens eLearning course is designed to train food and drink service staff on allergy awareness, which has been a legal obligation in the UK since December 2014. The course emphasizes the importance of staff understanding the implications of not carrying out this training and not bluffing answers to customer questions about allergens. The module is available for front-of-house staff, chefs, and managers to ensure they have a professional and confident approach to dealing with customer requests. The course is CPD Certified and endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality. The seat time for this course is 45 minutes.
