Handling Glassware

The Handling Glassware eLearning course is a 30-minute interactive module designed to teach operational staff in hotels, restaurants, and bars the basic principles of handling glassware. The course covers topics such as defining the type of glass used for different drinks, best practice standards for polishing and presenting glasses, and differences in the shape of glassware and lay-up placement. The course can be used as a standalone module or as part of a complete training program. It is suitable for individuals looking to develop their knowledge and confidence in wine and champagne service or as a refresher course for experienced staff. The course is CPD certified and endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality. This eLearning module costs £15 per learner.
