Person Centred Care and Support Level 2
The webinar on Person-Centred Care and Support Level 2 is designed to raise awareness among healthcare support workers and adult social care workers about person-centred planning, thinking, and care, and their role in implementing person-centred approaches. The aim of this webinar is to promote a holistic and individualized approach to care, placing the person at the centre of decision-making and ensuring their needs and preferences are respected.
Upon successful completion of the 3-hour webinar, participants will be issued a certificate that is valid for three years. This certification acknowledges their enhanced knowledge and understanding of person-centred care and support, enabling them to play an active role in implementing person-centred approaches in healthcare and social care settings.
