Level 2 Award in Mental Health Awareness

The Mental Health Awareness Level 2 webinar is a three-hour training program that aims to help healthcare support workers and adult social care workers gain an understanding of mental illness and its impact on daily life. The webinar focuses on providing participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to support individuals with mental health challenges.

During the webinar, participants will learn about the different types of mental illnesses, their causes, symptoms, and the impact they can have on individuals. The webinar also covers the importance of early intervention, the role of healthcare support workers and adult social care workers in supporting individuals with mental illness, and best practices for communicating with and supporting individuals with mental health challenges.

Upon completion of the webinar, successful candidates will be issued with a certificate that is valid for three years. This certificate demonstrates their understanding of mental illness and their ability to support individuals with mental health challenges in their daily lives.
