Handling and Recording Information Level 1

The Handling and Recording Information Level 1 course is designed to help healthcare support workers and adult social care workers understand the principles of handling and recording information. The 1.5-hour course aims to help learners understand the importance of confidentiality, data protection, and maintaining accurate records in a healthcare or social care setting.

Successful completion of the course will result in the issuance of a certificate that is valid for three years.
