This Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Level 2 distance learning manual focuses on providing crucial information about equality and diversity within the context of a health and social care setting. It is designed to help individuals develop a comprehensive understanding of these concepts and their application in the workplace.
The manual aims to support learners in achieving the underpinning knowledge required for the Care Certificate, specifically Standard 4. Throughout the manual, there are case studies, reflective exercises, and self-assessment questions to help learners apply the knowledge and reflect on their own attitudes and behaviours.
