Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Awareness Level 1
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Awareness Level 1 webinar is designed to provide healthcare support workers and adult social care workers with an understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in healthcare settings. This webinar aims to help participants understand how to promote inclusion, reduce discrimination, and create a culture of respect and understanding for all individuals.
The webinar covers a range of topics related to equality, diversity, and inclusion, including the legal framework for promoting equality, the different forms of discrimination, and strategies for promoting inclusion and reducing discrimination in healthcare settings. Participants will also learn about the importance of cultural competence, understanding different perspectives, and effective communication in promoting equality and diversity.
Upon successful completion of the 1.5-hour webinar, participants will be issued with a certificate that is valid for three years, demonstrating their understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in healthcare settings.
