Effective Communication Level 2

The webinar on Effective Communication Level 2 is designed to enhance the communication skills of healthcare support workers and adult social care workers, enabling them to communicate effectively and understand the communication needs of the individuals they support. The primary aim of this webinar is to improve outcomes for individuals by promoting clear and meaningful communication.

The webinar, with a duration of approximately three hours, covers various aspects related to effective communication. Upon successful completion of the webinar, participants will be issued a certificate that is valid for three years. This certification recognizes their enhanced knowledge and understanding of effective communication, enabling them to communicate more effectively with the individuals they support and contribute to improved outcomes in healthcare and social care settings. This course costs £275. Prices may vary based on your requirements.
