Effective Communication Level 1
The Effective Communication Level 1 webinar is designed to provide healthcare support workers and adult social care workers with the skills and knowledge they need to communicate effectively with the individuals they support. This webinar aims to help participants understand the importance of effective communication in healthcare settings and the impact it can have on the outcomes of individuals.
The webinar covers a range of topics related to effective communication, including the different forms of communication, the barriers to effective communication, and strategies for overcoming these barriers. Participants will also learn about the importance of active listening, questioning techniques, and non-verbal communication in healthcare settings.
The Effective Communication Level 1 webinar is delivered interactively and engagingly, with a range of activities and case studies designed to help participants apply their learning to real-life scenarios. Upon successful completion of the 1.5-hour webinar, participants will be issued with a certificate that is valid for three years, demonstrating their understanding of the principles of effective communication in healthcare settings.
