Asbestos Awareness Level 2
The Asbestos Awareness Level 2 course is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to recognize and handle the hazards related to asbestos. The training covers topics such as the risks associated with asbestos exposure, how to identify asbestos-containing materials, and how to safely manage and dispose of asbestos.
The course is delivered in person by one of the trainers from the training provider, who will travel to the location of the training. The duration of the course is 3 hours, and it is mapped to National Occupational Standards PPLCC02 and COSVR756, as well as the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) NG12.
Successful candidates will receive a certificate valid for 3 years upon completing the course. This certificate demonstrates that the delegate has the necessary knowledge and skills to safely handle and manage asbestos-related hazards in the workplace. The certificate can also be used as proof of training during health and safety inspections.

Aim: To provide delegates with the information and training required by law to prepare them for working in confined spaces.

Safety Aware for Hotel Staff
There is a choice of modules to ensure targeted learning. Versions are available for Food Service staff or Reception & Administration staff or Housekeeping staff or of your staff are general across all departments have the all in one version.
COSHH and Manual Handling
Fully interactive to ensure learners concentrate, this module tackles firstly COSHH requirements such as symbol recognition, personal protective equipment and safe working practices and then leads into manual handling showing by video and photos safe lifting techniques and emphasising the potential problems of lifting badly.
Handling Hazardous Substances (COSHH) Awareness
Aim: To provide an understanding of substances hazardous to health and how they should be used to ensure safety.
Aim: To learn how to carry out manual handling tasks safely in the workplace.
Conflict Resolution and Personal Safety
This half hour course aims to provide delegates with the knowledge to deal with conflict in the workplace and manage their own personal safety.
COVID-19 Infection Prevention, Identification and Control
This course covers the Coronavirus (COVID-19): Infection prevention, identification and control, in order to minimise, prevent and control the spread of infection.
Aim: To enable delegates to identify risks by carrying out DSE workstation assessments and ensure that the remedial actions are initiated in line with relevant legislation.
Managing and Supervising Risk
Aim: To provide managers and supervisors with knowledge of their responsibilities and an understanding of how to comply with the law, in order to manage safely.
