First Aid Awareness Level 2
The First Aid Awareness Level 2 course is a training program designed to provide candidates with the knowledge and skills required to respond to emergencies and provide basic first aid to adults.
The course aims to educate participants in a range of emergency first aid techniques, including identifying and responding to a range of common injuries and illnesses, such as cardiac arrest, choking, bleeding, and unconsciousness. It also covers the management of wounds, burns, and fractures, and provides training on the use of first aid equipment such as defibrillators and first aid kits.
The course is delivered through a combination of theoretical and practical training, with hands-on simulations and demonstrations used to reinforce the concepts and techniques taught. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback from experienced instructors.
Successful candidates will be issued with a certificate upon completion of the course, which is valid for 3 years. The certificate serves as evidence of the holder's competence in basic first aid techniques and their ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
The course duration is 3 hours, making it ideal for busy individuals or those who require a basic understanding of first aid techniques. The course is suitable for anyone who may be required to administer first aid to adults in an emergency, including teachers, fitness instructors, and office workers.
