Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for Early Years Level 2

We must create a safe and inclusive environment that fosters respect for diversity and promotes equality of opportunity for all children. Throughout this course, you will learn about the key principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion, including the legal and regulatory frameworks that underpin these principles. You will also learn about the importance of respecting and valuing differences, and how to promote a positive environment that celebrates diversity.

In addition, this course will cover how to support children with additional needs, including those with disabilities, special educational needs, and those who are learning English as an additional language. You will also learn about how to work with families from diverse backgrounds and how to build strong partnerships with parents and carers.

Successful candidates will be issued with a certificate valid for 3 years. The 3-hour course costs £330 for up to 12 learners. Prices may vary according to your unique requirements.
