Giving and Receiving Feedback

Providing and receiving feedback is an essential part of the modern workplace, but it can often be challenging and uncomfortable. This course is designed to help you develop the skills and confidence necessary to provide and receive feedback effectively.

Throughout the course, you will learn about the different types of feedback, including positive feedback, constructive feedback, and feedback for growth and development. You will also learn about effective feedback delivery techniques, including how to frame feedback positively, how to focus on specific behaviours or outcomes, and how to tailor feedback to the individual.

Our Giving and Receiving Feedback training course will hone your ability to provide constructive feedback to the benefit of all involved. This eLearning training takes 2-5 hours to complete.
