First Response Training has over 25 years of experience in training staff to perform safely and effectively in the workplace. Our courses range from GDPR to Equality and Diversity to Environmental Management. We also offer more specialised training in First Aid, Fire Safety, Health and Safety, Food Safety, Business Skills, Hospitality, Mental Health, Microsoft Office and Project Management software. No matter your industry, we have something for you.
Over 100 FRT trainers are located across the UK. This enables us to provide in-person training at a huge range of locations. If you prefer, one of our trainers will travel to your workplace to deliver in-person training. We will send the right trainer based on their relevant qualifications and professional experience. Once you have booked your training, your own account manager will be in touch to take care of the arrangements.
Delivery Methods
Our workplace courses can take place as in-person, classroom training. However, we also offer webinar training and eLearning. These are excellent options for educating your staff at a lower price, without the need to travel to a specified location. Our webinars are led by one of our trainers via video call. eLearning is equipped with voiceovers and interactive activities and is available for learners to complete in their own time.
