Boxing a Table

This eLearning course teaches the technique of boxing a table, which is used to create a professional finish to buffet tables, top tables, conference tables and more. It is designed for operational front-of-house staff in hotels and restaurants to develop their knowledge and skills in key aspects of food service. It is ideal for new staff in the industry to support on-the-job training or for individuals wishing to gain some knowledge of food service to apply for a job. The course takes 20 minutes to complete and is CPD Certified and endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality. This eLearning module costs £15 per learner.
