Allergy and Special Diets

The Allergy and Special Diets eLearning course is designed to educate food and drink service staff on the legal obligations and best practices related to allergy awareness and special dietary requirements. The course takes 45 minutes to complete and includes modules for front-of-house staff as well as chefs and managers. The modules cover legal requirements, professional conduct, and customer requests related to allergies and special dietary needs. The course is CPD accredited. The course emphasises the importance of accurate and timely information to customers, as well as the risks of not providing this information.
