Level 2 Award in Supervision and Appraisal Skills
The Supervision & Appraisal Skills Level 2 course aims to equip participants with the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary to carry out supervision and appraisal activities effectively. The course is designed for individuals who are responsible for supervising and appraising the performance and development of staff in a healthcare or social care setting.
The course has a duration of 3 hours, allowing participants to gain a foundational understanding of supervision and appraisal skills within a focused timeframe. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate that is valid for three years.
