Level 2 Award in Drug and Alcohol Misuse Awareness

The Substance Misuse Awareness Level 2 course aims to provide learners with an awareness of the issues surrounding drug and alcohol abuse. The course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and understanding of substance misuse, its impact on individuals and society, and the available support and interventions.

The course has a duration of 3 hours, allowing participants to gain a foundational understanding of substance misuse awareness within a focused timeframe. The training is typically conducted in person, providing opportunities for interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises to deepen understanding and promote learning.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate that is valid for three years. This certification serves as evidence of their awareness of substance misuse issues and their commitment to promoting a supportive and informed approach to addressing substance abuse.
