Level 2 Award in Professional Relationships & Boundaries in Care

The Professional Relationships & Boundaries in Care Level 2 course is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of maintaining professional boundaries and upholding professional relationships within the care sector. The course aims to enhance participants' knowledge and skills in establishing and maintaining appropriate boundaries, promoting professional conduct, and building effective relationships with service users.

The course has a duration of 6 hours, allowing participants to engage in in-depth learning and practical exercises to develop their understanding and skills. The training is typically conducted in person, providing opportunities for interactive discussions, case studies, role-plays, and group activities to deepen understanding and promote the application of professional boundary concepts.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate that is valid for three years. This certification serves as evidence of their competence in maintaining professional boundaries and upholding professional relationships within the care sector.
