Infection control and prevention are crucial aspects of maintaining a safe and healthy environment in health and social care settings. The distance learning manual aims to provide essential information on preventing and controlling infections in such settings. By completing the manual and the accompanying workbook, learners will be able to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of infection control practices.
The workbook includes exercises and questions to assess learners' understanding of the topics covered. Learners are encouraged to complete the workbook and return it to the training provider for marking.
