The Health, Safety and Fire Awareness Level 1 course aims to provide healthcare support workers and adult social care workers with an overview and basic understanding of key health and safety issues in the workplace. This course covers the basics of fire safety, first aid, manual handling, and other common health and safety hazards. The course is designed to be completed in 1.5 hours and successful candidates will be awarded a certificate valid for 3 years upon completion of the course. The course is suitable for those who are new to the healthcare industry or for those who require a refresher on basic health and safety awareness.
