Handling and Recording Information Level 2
The Handling and Recording Information Level 2 course is designed to assist healthcare support workers and adult social care workers in exploring and understanding the principles of good record keeping. This course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to handle and record information effectively and by relevant guidelines and regulations.
The 3-hour course emphasizes the importance of accurate, secure, and confidential record keeping in healthcare and social care settings. Participants will gain an understanding of the principles and best practices associated with handling and recording information, ensuring that they can maintain reliable records that support continuity of care and meet legal and ethical requirements.
Upon successful completion of the course and assessments, candidates will be issued a certificate valid for three years. This certification demonstrates their understanding of the principles of handling and recording information and their ability to maintain accurate and confidential records by legal and ethical standards.
