Level 2 Award in Food Safety Principles

The Food Safety Principles course is designed to educate staff members on the proper preparation and handling of food to ensure its safety. The course is aligned with the National Occupational Standards SCDHSC0214 and SFHSS27, which provide guidelines and regulations for food safety practices.

The course aims to cover several essential principles related to food safety. Throughout the course, learners will encounter interactive learning materials, case studies, quizzes, and exercises to reinforce their understanding of food safety principles and their application in real-life scenarios.
