The webinar on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Awareness Level 2 is designed to provide healthcare support workers and adult social care workers with an introduction to the concepts of equality, diversity, and inclusion. The primary aim of this webinar is to promote these values and help reduce discrimination within the healthcare and social care sectors.
The webinar is intended to increase awareness among the participants, ensuring that they understand the importance of equality, diversity, and inclusion in their professional roles. By raising awareness, the webinar aims to equip healthcare support workers and adult social care workers with the knowledge and skills necessary to create inclusive and supportive environments for all individuals.
The webinar is expected to last for three hours, during which participants will engage in various activities and discussions to deepen their understanding. Upon successful completion of the webinar, participants will receive a certificate that is valid for three years.
