The Boundaries and Good Practice Level 2 course is designed to provide healthcare support workers and adult social care workers with a comprehensive understanding of professional boundaries and the significance of maintaining appropriate relationships in their respective roles. The course emphasizes the importance of ethical conduct, confidentiality, and maintaining professional standards.

The course is conducted over one day and is delivered in person by a qualified trainer who specializes in healthcare and adult social care. This face-to-face interaction allows for personalized instruction and enables participants to engage in discussions, ask questions, and benefit from real-time feedback.
