Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work inc Alcohol Awareness
The Emergency First Aid at Work inc Alcohol Awareness Level 3 is a training course designed to equip learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide emergency first aid in the workplace, particularly in incidents where alcohol is involved. This course aims to provide learners with an understanding of how alcohol can impact an individual's health and how to appropriately respond to medical emergencies related to alcohol.
The course will cover a range of topics related to emergency first aid, including basic life support, the treatment of injuries and illnesses, and the use of first aid equipment. Participants will also receive specific training related to alcohol awareness, including how to identify and respond to the signs of alcohol poisoning, and how to provide emergency care to individuals who have consumed alcohol.
The course will be delivered over a 6-hour session and will be led by experienced instructors who will provide expert guidance and support throughout the training. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in interactive simulations and exercises, allowing them to practice their skills and gain hands-on experience in responding to different emergency scenarios, including those involving alcohol.
Upon successful completion of the course, learners will be issued with a certificate that is valid for 3 years.
