First Response Training (FRT) are pleased to be awarded a place on the Training and Development Services framework delivered by the NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub.

We are an approved provider of Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training via this framework, which provides a fully compliant, pre-approved route to market for all NHS organisations, part or fully government funded organisations and blue-light services.
Organisations accessing the framework to obtain Oliver’s Training, or any of a wide variety of other training services, can run further competitions or direct award in line with the framework rules.
The NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub is a procurement and advisory partner supporting NHS and wider public sector organisations to achieve value, efficiency and specialist expertise where it’s needed most.
By bringing together people, insight and innovation, the Hub strengthens the organisations and communities it serves. From trusts and ICSs to local authorities and emergency services, they work collaboratively to turn complex challenges into shared achievements. Their frameworks, including the recently launched Training and Development Services framework, provide compliant, pre-approved routes to market designed to improve outcomes and maximise value.
As one of the first providers to be approved to deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training under this framework, we look forward to supporting improvements in outcomes and efficiency across the system.

Quality assured to deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training
FRT provides a range of training on autism and other neurodivergences.
They were one of the first training providers in the country to be approved to offer essential training in line with the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism. They currently deliver the programme to numerous NHS Trusts and social care providers throughout the UK. They employ over 100 Experts with Lived Experience Co-Trainers to co-deliver this important programme.
They are quality assured to deliver Oliver’s Training through the Quality Assured Care Learning Service from the Department of Health and Social Care and Skills for Care.
The national training provider aims to empower and educate staff to transform their practice by embracing the lived experiences of autistic individuals and those with learning disabilities. Through the collaborative strength of their trios—facilitating trainers and experts with lived experience — FRT aims to inspire lasting change in how individuals are understood, supported, and valued.
