We are actively seeking to appoint a full time Head of Curriculum and Quality to sit within our business management team. The role is to further establish our product range of social care and health & safety training solutions.The successful candidate will ideally have experience of:
• Writing training manuals and presentations
• Working knowledge of standards within health & social care and heath & safety
• Excellent communication skills
• Organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage time
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 in particular PowerPoint
• Champion for quality within our operations team
• Oversee a small resource of curriculum leads
• Lead manager for developing quality of service
