We have received limited funding and are able to deliver Modern Apprenticeships at no cost to your organisation within mainland Ayrshire.
Designed to suit your organisation’s working environment the units covered are chosen to reflect the job role of the candidate.

8 units in total with 2 mandatory, chosen over 4 different themes

Eligibility
This qualification can also be offered privately at a negotiated cost
- All work and assessment is done at the candidate’s workplace by the building of a Portfolio of Evidence
- 1 hour workplace assessment visits are conducted by an experienced and qualified assessor, usually on a monthly basis
- Professional, fully qualified support and guidance is given to the candidate through their qualification
- No examinations or tests are associated with this qualification as candidates achieve by way of continuous assessment
Customer Service Modern Apprenticeship Level 3
8 units in total with 2 mandatory, chosen over 4 different themes
On completion
- Candidates will receive their Scottish Qualifications Certificate from the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA)
- Candidates will receive a Modern Apprenticeship Certificate from the Institute of Customer Service
Eligibility
- Candidates must be 16 years old, but not have attained their 20th birthday
- Work in Ayrshire or be 18 and under and living at home in Ayrshire
- Not have completed a Modern Apprenticeship at Level 3 previously
- The candidate must be employed in a customer service role that will facilitate their being able to gather evidence for the award selected. This would be established at the initial induction meeting
