This carefully developed training course is specifically for the care sector and explores and identifies suitable behaviours with regards diversity in the workplace. Our diverse society and working lives are becoming more challenging than at any other time in history. This presents the individual and the organisation with a new set of legal, business, ethical and social challenges and responsibilities.
This 3-hour workshop will focus on integrating diversity within an equal opportunities framework by giving the delegate the opportunity to explore “differences”, whilst understanding the anti-discriminatory guidelines.

- Stereotyping and discrimination

- Skills in promoting diversity and creating Diversity Champions
