This course has been designed specifically for NBS personnel requiring annual Basic Life Support Training as part of ongoing clinical excellence and professional registration. Course content is mapped to the NBS Resuscitation Policy and the latest Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines. Tutors are appropriately qualified with relevant healthcare backgrounds and experience.

Please note: All delegates will be required to add their Personal/ESR Assignment Number to the course register on the day of training. Without this a certificate of competence will not be issued.

  • Adult resuscitation (inc Laerdal pocket mask)
  • Adult Choking
  • Unconscious casualty and recovery position
  • Continuous assessments
