Role of the Care Worker and Personal Development Level 1
A webinar on the Role of the Care Worker and Personal Development Level 1 is designed to provide healthcare support workers and adult social care workers with an understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and ways of working. The aim is to help them improve their personal development and become more effective in their job roles.
The webinar will cover various topics, such as the principles of care, communication skills, teamwork, health and safety, and the importance of personal development. Participants will learn about the importance of providing person-centred care and treating individuals with dignity and respect.
The webinar will also explore the different ways of working, including the importance of working as part of a team and the role of the care worker in promoting health and well-being. Participants will learn about the various policies and procedures that are in place to ensure safe working practices.
Upon completion of the webinar, successful candidates will be issued with a certificate that is valid for three years, which will demonstrate their understanding of the role of the care worker and their commitment to personal development. The duration of the webinar is 1.5 hours, which makes it an efficient and effective way for healthcare support workers and adult social care workers to improve their skills and knowledge.
