Annual training schedules
Like to plan ahead? No problem! If you need to know what training you or your staff will be undertaking when, where and who with up to 3, 6, 9, 12 or more months in advance, we can help.
Our dedicated account managers can help you to identify your staff training requirements and will work with you to plan out an annual training schedule that meets those needs and fits around the demands of your business.
This schedule can be booked in with our highly qualified, experienced trainers and confirmed to you in writing with regular reports available to allow you to track course attendance, cancellation and learner success rates, enabling you to review and refine your training programme as required.
Refresher Training Reminders
Struggle to keep on track of staff training cycles and work out exactly who needs to refresh which skills, and when?
Don’t worry, because we take all the hassle and worry away by keeping track of this for you, and provide a free ‘refresher reminder’ service to give you a gentle nudge when training needs to be updated.
Our account managers will get in touch with a friendly reminder e-mail when a training course you or your staff have previously undertaken is due for renewal. We will tell you what the subject is, when training certificates are due to expire, and who undertook the training previously.
This service allows you to conveniently plan in a refresher session when required to update skills and remain compliant at all times.

Our secure client web-portal provides you with an easy way to review and manage your training programme online.
If you wish to make use of this facility, you can receive a dedicated log-in for a secure area of our website where you will be able to exclusively view the details of all training courses included in your staff development programme with us.
Use the client web-portal to view scheduled dates and locations for your staff training programme, details of availability and fill rates and even to book your learners on to sessions. All bookings will be confirmed by your account manager.
